Yes, this requires Support team help and is done at no cost.

How does AI Voice Calling work?

AI Voice Calling uses natural-sounding AI agents to call your leads automatically. You set up call scripts, and the AI handles outreach 24/7, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments on your behalf.

Can I customize email templates?

Yes! Go to Settings > Email Template to customize your email subject, body, and signature. You can use variables like {{firstname}}, {{company}}, and {{job_title}} for personalization.

How do I track email opens and clicks?

Email tracking is automatic. Visit the Engagement page to see which leads opened your emails, clicked links, or unsubscribed. Each email shows detailed tracking information.

What integrations are available?

AgentSub integrates with Google Sheets, LinkedIn data imports, and Zillow property data. Enterprise plans can access our API for custom integrations with other systems.

How do I add team members?

Broker and Enterprise plans support multiple team members. Go to Settings > Team Management to invite new agents. Each team member gets their own login with access based on their role.
